Anastasiya (Nastia) Levashova  (b.1993 Kyiv, Ukraine) lives and works in London.

She completed an MA at The King’s Foundation in 2024, following studies at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL, in 2014.

Her sculptural wall works are created through self-developed techniques that combine clay, handmade pigments and carefully developed material recipes. Her work has been exhibited in the UK and is held in private collections.

The daughter of a geologist, Anastasiya grew up surrounded by stones collected from around the world. Since learning to grind them into pigments and transform them into paint, her father’s geological collection has gradually become part of her own artistic language.

Her practice explores ideas of home, identity, belonging and the memory carried within materials. Bringing together Ukrainian embroidery and universal geometry, she is particularly drawn to the sense of déjà vu evoked by ancient symbols - forms that feel familiar before their origins can be fully understood.
